For centuries, humans have inhabited earth, creating natural resources, shelter, and gathering food to survive. An epidemic began to arise in the late 1800's; Humans began to disappear, falling into countless un-explained missing persons files. A small group of people began to study up, and shortly, they came to the conclusion that Werewolves truly were living creatures. The Werewolves were hunting down humans by night, feeding, slowly growing more and more powerful. So, that same group of people created a solution to their problem. Or so they thought. After many years of research, the scientific minds began to develop an injection that would create living, super human warriors to fight against the Canine demons, but something went horribly wrong. Instead of creating super human warriors, the injection developed into a virus, causing cannibalism, and an uncontrollable lust for raw meat. This disease was passed on by one bite, and was continued to be passed down amongst the generations. The disease created a person most commonly known as the vampire. Now, in the year of 1998, this disease has spread greatly, causing an epidemic on the streets of Chicago. The scientists that created the disease had put the rest of their research into finding a way to destroy the menace they had created, their defendants falling into the family business, now known as hunters.
In the city streets of Chicago, everything seems to be perfect, a typical day. But, that is only during the day. No one knows of the horrors that lurk amongst the shadows, and no one can be trusted. In a world of monsters and demons, only the strong will survive.

The Humans
The City Streets The great city of Chicago. These streets are not usually a very safe place to travel; unless, of coarse, your immortal. Muggers, robbers, and murderers stalk these streets, making it very dangerous. Especially at night. Try and stay indoors.... especially after the sun sets.

The Hunters Keep Within the humans world, there is a small group of mortals that know of the Vampire's existence. These men and women believe that the creatures of the night are from the Devil himself, and that the only way to save humanity is to destroy every one of them. They're base is located away from the city streets, to keep the little operation quiet.
The Wilted Rose This is The Wilted Rose, a small, peaceful night club in down town Chicago. This is definitely the most common place to find vampires in the upper world.
Underground Tunnels Here, a vast amount of tunnels spread throughout Chicago, buried deep underneath the city streets. Within these tunnels, many creatures live, weather it is in harmony, or in hatred. Either way, the humans don't know, and the immortals don't plan on them finding out...
The Camp This is the camp, where vampires have come to roost. Amongst the twisting caverns of the underground tunnel, there is a large room, bare, accept for the hundreds, perhaps thousands of coffins laying on the ground, most already filled. These creatures are increasing in population rapidly.
Moonlight Camp Lost, unknown to man or vampire alike, is a small village, where wolves run wild and free, feeding and praying on anything living. Only a small population of the werewolf population continues to survive, although they are dangerous. Its best not to go looking, or you might find the answers you seek...
Lost City This is where many different creatures live, demons known to the immortal world as hybrids. These creatures are outcast from the immortal world, as well as the mortal world. Living in an ancient underground city, the darkness that lurks here is unknown amongst the ruined architecture.
